Warm/hot Turmeric can help with healing the body. Try this with warm or room temperature water. Warm water promotes healthy digestion, alleviate pain and improve blood circulation
10-12 0z hot/warm water
juice 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon of raw organic honey
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon tumeric
1/8 or 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
Just stir and enjoy
1 scoop of Protein Powder
1/2 cup of raw oats
1/8 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp non-fat plain greek yogurt
1 egg white
1/2 banana mashed
3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
combined ingredients until smooth. Use nonstick pan.
1 scoop Whey Protein Isolate, Chocolate tbsp natural peanut butter
½ tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 cubes ice.
Blend until smooth!!
1 avocado small
2 egg whites
2 strip low-sodium turkey bacon
1 scoop Quality Whey Protein Isolate
½ cucumber sliced
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup, diced melon ( frozen is fine)
1½ cup water
Dash of Cayenne pepper
Add 1/2 of green apple if desired
Blend until smooth!!
