 I’ve been coming back ever since my first visit. Before Mary, I experienced a lot of tightness in both my upper and lower body. My symmetry and posture weren’t good either. Each week, she has helped push my flexibility to higher levels as well as educate me on how to avoid my muscles tightening from running and weight training. I’ve been able to improve my overall work out regime and as a result I’ve been in great shape as I approach my one-year anniversary. Mary has been the best!
