We’ve modified traditional pilates poses and fused them with our knowledge of exercise physiology to bring you a unique, Strength-Pilates -fueled, low impact workout. 

Our exercises include both static and dynamic stretches to help you obtain strength, mobility & stability in a safe, accessible format.


Semi Private/PRIVATE  classes with Pilates & Stretch movements promote physical and mental health by stretching and strengthening the body, releasing tension, improving circulation and training the mind. We can’t get enough!

    Eating healthy and Regular cardiovascular exercise when completed together will put you on the right path to achieving a healthy mind body and soul. 


    TIP: Lifting before cardio is much better for fat loss.  The body needs to use its stored fat as fuel for exercise.  By completing weight-training first, you will burn majority of your glycogen stores.

    Spinach Avocado Bowl Salad

    Apple, Strawberries & olives with Quinoa

    Apple, Strawberries & olives with Quinoa

    1/4  cup Black beans canned rinsed & drained

    1 small cubed Avocado

    1/4 cup cherry Tomatoes

    1/2 lime,Juiced

    1/2 lemon, Juiced

    2 cups Spinach

    2 teaspoons Apple cider vinegar

    cracked  pepper  sea salt to taste add walnuts

    3 cups Quinoa 

    1/4 Chopped green apples 5 chopped strawberries

    2 Tablespoons chopped olives

    2 tablespoons chopped cilantro 

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

    3 servings

    1 cup of Kale chopped or bunch

    1 cup of spinach

    1 Granny smith apple chopped

    1/2 cup chopped walnuts

    2 teaspoon of hemp seeds

    3 teaspoon of  virgin olive oil

    squeezed juice from lemon

    2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 

    2 teaspoons of crumbled feta cheese

    1/4 teaspoon of cracked black pepper 

    1 teaspoon sea salt

    Add wet ingredients, salt and pepper  separately mix  together.
