MUSCLE MEMORY
Your 1st session is designed to educate clients on the importance of stretching. We will conduct an overhead squat analysis that is designed to identify over and underactive muscles causing compensation. Our sessions are designed to Increases range of motion, reduce stiffness and improve flexibility.
Being emotionally healthy is vital to living a life of wholeness and balance. People who are emotionally healthy have control of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You may still feel stress, anger, and sadness. Knowing how to manage these emotions whether positive or negative will allow you to cope with life’s challenges. Each emotion you feel will either affect your body in a positive or Negative way. You can't avoid stress completely but you can find healthy ways to manage stress.
Helpful ways to manage stress:
Exercise
Eat a well balanced diet
Walk away from Negative situations
Listen to positive inspirational music
Get more sleep
Talk to a person you can trust
Make time for fun and relaxation
Lastly , Don't waste your time and energy on things you cannot change.
God grant me the serenity

TIP: Lifting before cardio is much better for fat loss. The body needs to use its stored fat as fuel for exercise. By completing weight-training first, you will burn majority of your glycogen stores.

1 small cubed Avocado
1/4 cup cherry Tomatoes
1/2 lime,Juiced
1/2 lemon, Juiced
2 cups Spinach
2 teaspoons Apple cider vinegar
cracked pepper sea salt to taste add walnuts
3 cups Quinoa
1/4 Chopped green apples 5 chopped strawberries
2 Tablespoons chopped olives
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
3 servings
1 cup of Kale chopped or bunch
1 cup of spinach
1 Granny smith apple chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 teaspoon of hemp seeds
3 teaspoon of virgin olive oil
squeezed juice from lemon
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons of crumbled feta cheese
1/4 teaspoon of cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
